The hotel had a beautiful garden with comfortable sofas, sun beds, and hammocks, perfect for relaxing. the design of each room and corner was stunning, with a story to imagine everywhere. the hotel also had a large common space inside where you could play chess or billiards on rainy days. the location of the hotel was ideal, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
Although the hotel was nice, it was not very child-friendly due to the presence of delicate antique objects throughout the rooms and corridors. This made it a constant struggle to ensure that children didn't touch anything.

Spending Christmas surrounded by beautiful nature and cozy decor was just what I needed. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the food was delicious, especially the local specialties. I also appreciated that they offered tours of the area and rides to nearby attractions.
The weak Wi-Fi was a bit frustrating, but it allowed me to disconnect and relax. the bathroom could have been cleaner and had a slight smell.

We stayed at this eco-friendly hotel during our city break and it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms had a stunning forest view and were equipped with rustic log furniture that added to the whole experience. The hotel's location was perfect for nature lovers, as we could access a marked trail leading to a nearby volcano crater-nested lake. we enjoyed the small spa facilities that were available on the premises.
We found that some staff members struggled with English and were not well-informed about prices and policies, which made communication challenging. the location was a bit of a walk from the center of the village, which could be inconvenient for some.
